Harts is looking for a dedicated Dispatch Coordinator to join our team!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for efficiently assigning technicians to service appointments, providing timely updates to customers, and supporting the dispatch team to ensure smooth daily operations. JOB PARAMETERS:
- Position Type: Full-time, non-exempt hourly
- Typical Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed
- Base Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 / Hour
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Communication: Answer incoming calls, texts, or chats promptly, follow scripts, and provide customer updates.
- Scheduling & Dispatching: Assign technicians efficiently using service maps, business unit identification, and technician skill/location knowledge.
- Service Coordination: Understand company services, review customer history, and tag opportunities for accurate dispatch decisions.
- Performance & Optimization: Meet daily/weekly targets, conduct call debriefs, and reschedule as needed to maintain efficiency.
- Technician & Team Support: Provide real-time updates, ensure job closure in ServiceTitan, and collaborate with teammates to resolve dispatch issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training, coaching, and one-on-one meetings for growth and development.
- Administrative Support: Assist with additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND ABILITIES:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Service dispatching experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in dispatch software, Google Office, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resilience and conflict resolution skills to handle pushback.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
