HVAC Install Expert (Tacoma)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The HVAC Install Expert ensures the highest level of quality and efficiency in HVAC system installations. This position involves reviewing job packets, determining the complete Scope of Work, and providing clear instructions for installers to meet both customer expectations and contractual obligations. The HVAC Install Expert works closely with the sales team, technical support, and installers to resolve issues, ensure adherence to local mechanical codes, and deliver excellent service.

JOB PARAMETERS:

The Electrical Service Expert position is a full-time hourly position, with shifts typically occurring Monday through Friday. Shifts will vary within the hours of 6:30am and 6:00pm. This position pays $40.00-$50.00/hr plus bonus potential.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installation: Installing HVAC systems according to building plans and specifications. This involves setting up ductwork, piping, wiring, and HVAC units such as furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.
• Upgrades and Retrofits: Upgrading existing HVAC systems to improve efficiency, reliability, or compliance with building codes and environmental regulations. They may also retrofit older buildings with modern HVAC equipment to enhance comfort and energy savings.
• Customer Service: Provide 5-star service and quality to our customers making them feel confident about choosing Harts Services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-10 years residential install experience
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• EPA Certification required
• 6B Electrical License preferred
