He was professional, courteous, and after listening carefully to my concerns, he realized this wasn’t just a routine inspection call. Instead of moving forward with something that didn’t quite fit, he made sure a service technician came out to take a deeper look.That technician was Adam, and I’m so grateful for his honesty and expertise. He thoroughly assessed the issue and determined that the expensive repairs another company had recommended were completely unnecessary. It turned out to be a simple fix, saving me over $1,500!Harts impressed me with their integrity, professionalism, and commitment to doing what’s right for the customer. Within a short time, Jesse Hawkins arrived and saved the day.Jesse quickly identified the issue and made the necessary repair on the spot. He could have taken advantage of the urgency and chaos, but instead, he was honest, professional, and charged a very fair price. We were incredibly impressed.Not only is Jesse a fantastic plumber, but he also served our country for over 17 years, including time with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
