Thomas came in assessed the damage to our bathroom and referred us to a water damage restoration service. He told the contractor exactly what was happening, so we didn’t need to. I would hate having to call around and explain what I thought I thought Thomas told me.Thomas did the hard part by making the introductions and calls. Through his professionalism I felt comfortable asking him to explain something I didn’t understand. When we finally get to the point we can replace our toilet or talk more about our water heaters Thomas is the first person we’ll call.

I had various accumulating issues at the house. The technician Erik Rasmussen has great knowledge of all plumbing aspects I had addressed and such incredible professional service. Although we ended up not completing any of the projects, he let me know that what I was seeing was normal for two out of the four projects. 2 of them we agreed did not make economic sense and were cost prohibitive at the time.I really do appreciate Eric‘s time and also the fact that Harts as a company is very, very helpful and prompt with their service.
