Helped to my mind at ease with the piled up issues that will need to corrected from previous owners, at least I know the issues will be taken care of correctly.

Eric solved a mystery for us simply because he knew plumbing and had experience doing it.

Thomas came in assessed the damage to our bathroom and referred us to a water damage restoration service. He told the contractor exactly what was happening, so we didn’t need to. I would hate having to call around and explain what I thought I thought Thomas told me.Thomas did the hard part by making the introductions and calls. Through his professionalism I felt comfortable asking him to explain something I didn’t understand. When we finally get to the point we can replace our toilet or talk more about our water heaters Thomas is the first person we’ll call.

Matt was awesome!! His communication and thorough inspection of the property for gas line re-plumbing was above and beyond!! I would most definitely recommend Harts service's. Great customer service team as well, anytime I had quedtions!!

I had various accumulating issues at the house. The technician Erik Rasmussen has great knowledge of all plumbing aspects I had addressed and such incredible professional service. Although we ended up not completing any of the projects, he let me know that what I was seeing was normal for two out of the four projects. 2 of them we agreed did not make economic sense and were cost prohibitive at the time.I really do appreciate Eric‘s time and also the fact that Harts as a company is very, very helpful and prompt with their service. They’ll never leave you hanging.NY

I really appreciated the technician coming from so far out to give us a free estimate. The service technician seemed really educated and well-versed in what he was doing. Give me lots of information and did a thorough inspection. He was very professional.

Stephen came out to estimate the cost of installation of project. He gave me the info I needed and time to discuss it with my friend in private. He was very professional and I appreciated his help. The estimate was free.

Spencer was absolutely 💯 awesome to handle our electrical issue. He was very clear on explaining where the issue was and what his plan was to fix it.

Very pleased and happy! I was able to get same day service even thought I didn’t make an appointment first thing in the morning. At every step everyone I spoke with was clear, communicative, and made sure my questions were answered. I had to replace a hot water heater that had already lived a little longer than most. It could have been stressful, but it wasn’t because I was given clear, pressure free information to make the best decision for my home. It’s nice to have proper options. Excellent labor and service. Things were finished at a much higher quality than what was here before. Mishka did a wonderful job. I will use Harts again for any future needs. Accurate estimate too, which is refreshing and appreciated these days!

We had a new deck installed and went with the lighted rail for ambiance. The folks who installed our deck were unable to figure out the lighting so……Cody of Harts Services to the rescue!!! Thank God we found Cody! Polite, respectful, and most of all, knowledgeable!! We’re so pleased with Cody’s work and definitely recommend Harts Services for any electrical work!!!
