Warranty Conditions
To maintain the validity of the Harts Forever Warranty, all equipment must be properly maintained according to Harts Plumbers, Electricians, & HVAC Technicians specifications. While we recommend joining the Harts Home Care Plan for ease of maintenance, membership is not required. However, all maintenance must be performed and documented as per our specifications to make a valid warranty claim.

This warranty is backed by a third-party insurer, guaranteeing that your coverage remains valid no matter what.
- Transferability: The Harts Forever Warranty is tied to the equipment or service, not the customer. It can be transferred within the first 60 months for a nominal fee.
- Parts Availability: Warranty on parts is subject to their commercial availability.
