HVAC Maintenance Expert (Tacoma)

We are hiring skilled, customer-focused HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our Tacoma-area team.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform thorough, routine maintenance and safety checks on residential HVAC systems.
• Conduct detailed safety inspections and proactively recommend necessary changes, preventative measures and system enhancements.
• Clearly communicate findings to customers and confidently present multi-options proposals for services.
• Collaborate closely with dispatch, service, comfort advisors and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time position
• Comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, & vision)
• $25 an hour, plus commission for service work

What You Need:

• 1 year HVAC residential maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
