HVAC Comfort Advisor (Tacoma)

We are always looking for great HVAC Comfort Advisors or HVAC Call by Call coaches to join our Tacoma-area team.

What You’ll Do:

• Build & present accurate, multi-option estimates for new/replacement HVAC systems alongside our technical experts.
• Present proposals (in-person/ zoom), explain financing options, and follow up to ensure sales close.
• Ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation by coordinating closely with Service, Dispatch & Install teams.
• Motivate and guide Service Experts to effectively flip leads.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time position
• Comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, & vision)
• $35-40 an hour, plus commission

What You Need:

• 2+ years HVAC sales experience
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
