What Your Day Looks Like:

You’ll be the crucial link between our customers and our expert service teams.

• First Impressions: Be the friendly, professional, and helpful initial point of contact for all incoming customer calls.
• Booking Experts: Confidently and efficiently book, schedule, and confirm service appointments.
• Genuine Connections: Use proven call processes and scripts while maintaining a genuinely helpful and engaging demeanor.
• Team Goal Setter: Make outbound calls to warm leads and actively contribute to helping our team meet and exceed scheduling goals.

Schedule & Pay:

• Hourly wage $20–$22/hr; plus performance based bonus opportunities

What You Need:
