HVAC Sales/Service Manager (Tacoma)

As an HVAC Service & Sales Manager, you will lead our residential HVAC Service, Maintenance, and Sales team. You’ll oversee the entire pre-install lifecycle, foster strong customer relationships, and ensure our team consistently hits their marks using our proven Harts service process.

What You’ll Do

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and coach the HVAC sales, service and maintenance team to ensure they live our core values and exceed metric targets.
• Sales Strategy: Implement and enforce Harts’ proven sales process; conduct ride-alongs to provide real-time field coaching.
• Operational Excellence: Coordinate with dispatch, install managers, and CSRs to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Technical Support: Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting during service visits and ensure proper equipment sizing.
• Administrative Oversight: Review invoices, timecards, and curbside feedback while participating in leadership strategy meetings.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of success in both HVAC sales and team management.
• Knowledge: Extensive expertise in HVAC systems, maintenance, and residential sales cycles.
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking, and forecasting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000 – $140,000 + bonus potential

Work Location: In person (Tacoma Shop/Office and Field Oversight)
