We had Adan come over to help us out and he made it a truly wonderful experience. He broke down the necessary components for our heating system, explained to us step by step what the issue was, provided us with useful advice to prevent future issues, and broke down the benefits of each benefit plan in a way that genuinely made sense. All in all, what was meant to be an in and out maintenance fix ended up with an updated, better working heating and cooling system, we were better informed on how to better operate and manage our appliances, and we had a great time learning under Adam's charismatic and patient attitude. 10/10 would call him back for any future issues. Keep being awesome Adan!

We had Adan over to help with our funky HVAC system (it would continue heating even after we shut it off!). He was super friendly and also really relatable as well as understanding of our situation. He explained what was going on in a way that we could understand and was surprisingly patient when going over the possible solutions. I’m truly glad we had him helping us out.

The technician who did my work (Jaycee) was very knowledgeable and personable. He met my timeline and did the work in the least invasive way which I greatly appreciated.

Kelsey did a superb job explaining everything and being comprehensive in checking my home's plumbing and related systems -- he made sure I understood everything and presented me with multiple options.

Spencer and Eric just fixed an issue I had that I had given up on because another electrical company could not figure it out (bath outlet didn't work because of back patio outlet; crazy). They were professional, polite, and practical in explaining issues as well as costs. They left the place better than they found it and I'm more knowledgeable on my home's electrical now. They even were friendly with the pets. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

I was able to make an appointment for a bid/estimate for a problem with a minor leak and a stuck bath drain for replacement. Jeremy was very professional and up front with the pricing for both jobs. We are currently entertaining bids so we opted to hear the other bids before entertaining/finalizing a work order. Thank you Harts services for the prompt estimation and for sending a pro to assist me on figuring out what needs to be done to fix the problems.
