HVAC Service Expert (Tacoma)

We are always looking for dynamic and customer focused HVAC Service Experts to join our Tacoma-area team.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot & repair a wide range of residential HVAC systems.
• Complete thorough, whole-home system inspections to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
• Present clear, multi-option service and repaid proposals.
• Work seamlessly with Comfort Advisor, Call by Call Coaches, Install teams, Dispatch and Customer Service.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time position
• Comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, & vision)
• $35-40 an hour, plus commission

What You Need:

• 2+ years HVAC service experience
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
