HARTS provided us outdoors plumbing service associated with a leaking water supply line. This required replacement using directional drilling. The proposed work was conducted exactly as scoped and executed well including the wrap up with required permit and inspection. The provided us professional customer service and were responsive to my phone queries. We will likely be requesting quotes from them on future jobs if needed

Huge shoutout to Alonzo Melgar. He came out to our home for a complementary HVAC/heat pump check-up/tune-up the day after John Lensch (also awesome) unclogged our toilet.Though the check-up was complementary, Alonzo performed and interacted as if I was paying him mounds of cash directly to him for conducting this service. He explained everything in great detail and was incredibly proficient, and did a very thorough job with everything.Alonzo is an incredible credit to Harts and if the need arises with our HVAC/heat pump, I will be asking for him directly.
