POSITION SUMMARY:

The Harts Plumbing Install Expert will layout and repair plumbing systems and lead customers to peace-of-mind during installations using the Harts service process.

JOB PARAMETERS:

The Plumbing Install Expert position is full-time, with shifts typically occurring Monday through Friday. Shifts will vary within the hours of 6:30am and 6:00pm with pay being $65/hr plus bonus potentials.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluates customer plumbing installation; develops a plan of action from sold/agreed-upon estimate and presents to customers using the Harts service process.
• Works with customers for a thorough understanding of the install process.
• Understands install criteria and is accountable for completing jobs on time and under budget.
• Completes plumbing and other related in-home installations.
• Works closely and communicates with install coordinator, dispatch, install manager and sales experts for optimal customer experience.
• Works with and provides education to apprentices, as requested.
• Maintains assigned vehicle relative to cleanliness and assessment of hazards/need for repairs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• PL01 or PL02 License Required
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record Required
