POSITION SUMMARY:

The Harts Sewer Service Expert will diagnose and repair sewer systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions using the Harts service process.

JOB PARAMETERS:

The Sewer Service Expert position is a full-time, commission position, with shifts typically occurring Monday through Friday. Shifts will vary within the hours of 6:30am and 6:00pm. Commission-Based teammates earn between 4%-18% per project subtotal with expected earnings between $70,000-$180,000 per year.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluates customer sewer situation, develops multi-option proposals/estimates, presents to customers using the Harts service process.
  • Completes service sewer work.
  • Understands service criteria and is accountable for revenue goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required.
